Hosting.com Beta and Trial Offerings – Terms of Service
In addition to the standard Hosting.com Terms of Service, available here: http://www.hosting.com/terms-of-service.aspx the following terms and conditions apply:
1. All Beta and Trial offers are so offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee of availability.
2. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) of any kind with these offerings.
3. There is no guarantee of support with any beta offering. Any support that is offered will be limited to email only.
4. It is expressly recommended that no production sites or data of any kind be run from any beta solution.
5. All Beta offerings will expire within one calendar month after such time as the software which is the subject of the beta is released to market.
