Marketing Manager Denver, CO

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing program and demand generation efforts. You’ll live on the front line of the Company’s outbound marketing efforts in driving market awareness and demand generation.
As a dynamic Marketing Professional, you will develop and deploy effective programs to drive new customer acquisition and market awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer looking for a challenging opportunity. You’ll fill an important role in building and deploying a diverse mix of lead generation activities, events, analytics, and project management for continued market awareness and customer growth.
Demand Generation: Research, identify sources, procure, and track targeted marketing activities to support sales and email marketing programs.
· Email Marketing: Create, deploy, test and administrate outbound email campaigns using Marketo marketing automation tools.
· Upgrade / Upsell Activities: Develop and deploy an effective marketing mix for upgrade/upsell of customer segments.
· Webinars: use of web meeting technology for mass delivery of presentations to clients, and prospective clients.
· Database Management: organize and administer database and CRM toolsets
· Other Marketing: develop, deploy, measure, and replicate effective marketing tactics.
· Promotion Development: Development and implementation of marketing promotions, such as for trade shows.
· Support: Provide additional support to Sales Management and executive team.
· Market Development Campaigns: Work with key partners and vendors to collect and execute joint marketing MDF campaigns.
· Product Launch and Go-to-Market Planning: Work with Product Marketing and Product Managers to coordinate product launches with campaign messaging and activities.
· Social Media: Manage Social Media personality and strategy
· Campaign and Program Management: Manages overall campaign and program project calendar, assigns work out as required and follows up on tasks delegated.
· Reporting and Tracking: Responsible for creating and maintaining a closed-loop feedback system for all leads passed that will compile data from the lead development team, sales team and CRM to evaluate campaign success.
· Staff Management: Manages Marketing Coordinator and the associates duties and responsibilities of that role.
Experience
· Project Management: must have strong background of managing multiple projects and driving detailed campaigns.
· Previous work with technology, data storage, and/or Internet companies/products.
· List Management: compiling target lists for prospecting and outbound marketing efforts.
· Email marketing: solid experience with administration and execution of email tactics with marketing automation application.
· Direct marketing: has prepared and deployed effective direct marketing tactics to produce growth.
· Previous experience with a Salesforce.com CRM application required.
· Event management: Trade show and other promotional event management experience required.

Additional Information:
· Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications. MBA a plus. Minimum 7-10 years of experience at company or agency, including 4+ years marketing experience
· Must be creative, aggressive, good at relationship-building, and well organized.
· Must be willing to work hard, have fun, and accept the empowerment that comes with this position.
· MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to travel up to 20%.
