Art Zeile Chief Executive Officer

Art has led several Information Technology services companies over the course of his 22-year career.

Art was the CEO of QTC Management which delivered over 2.5 million medical examination reports each year for government and private clients through a network of 32 clinics. Art was the CEO and co-founder of INFLOW which delivered application hosting services to enterprise customers through a system of 14 internet data centers across the US.  Inflow was acquired by SunGard Availability Services in 2005. Art was also a founder of LINK-VTC, which he grew to become the second largest videoconferencing services company in the world.  LINK-VTC was acquired by Global Crossing in 1995. As an Air Force officer, Art was a satellite propulsion engineer, Executive officer to the Director for Military Communications Programs, and technical advisor to the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Art earned a Bachelor's degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and was awarded the John F. Kennedy Fellowship, earning a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University.

 

Joel Daly Chief Operating Officer

 

joeldalyAs COO of HOSTING, Joel oversees all operational activities, including operations and engineering. 

Prior to HOSTING, Joel served as the COO of QTC Management, a provider of medical examination and occupational health services. Prior to QTC, he co-founded and served as COO of Inflow Inc., a national IT services provider headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Joel was responsible for Inflow’s operations, engineering and datacenter management teams.  With Inflow, Joel oversaw the construction, operations and availability of 14 datacenters throughout the United States.  Prior to Inflow, Joel co-founded and served as vice president of operations for LINK-VTC, a global provider of videoconferencing services.

Joel holds a master's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor's degree in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

 

 

Matt Ferrari Chief Technology Officer

 

Matt Ferrari

As Chief Technology Officer at HOSTING, Matt is responsible for the Architecture, Engineering, and Release Management organizations.  He oversees all new product development, back office, and product line enhancements for the organization. Matt architected and built the company’s fast-growing line of managed cloud products and services.

Matt has been with HOSTING since 2002, moving through multiple leadership roles in engineering and representing the company at industry events. A sought-after keynote speaker, Matt has presented at Executive Summits, Adobe Max, EMCWorld, CFUnited, VMWorld, and Microsoft Hosting Summit.  He joined HOSTING's top partners in panel discussions about cloud computing, and nurtures many strategic technology relationships for the organization. Prior to HOSTING, Matt designed and implemented new technologies and managed strategic projects for the Exelon Corporation.

Matt lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three kids and is praying for the Mets to turn it around.

 

 

Chris Wheeler Chief Financial Officer

 

chriswheelerChris has been involved with the Information Technology Services industry since 2000. Prior to joining HOSTING, Chris was the director of financial planning and analysis with QTC Management. Prior to QTC Management he worked at Inflow, Inc., where he served as the director of business operations and finance from 2002 to 2006 and General Manager of Inflow's Atlanta Data Center from 2000-2002. 

Previously, Chris served in the U.S. Air Force as a business analyst for a communications satellite acquisition program and as a pilot and mission commander in the C-130 Hercules with combat time in multiple theatres. 

Chris has a master's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor's degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

 

 

Brian Raboin Chief Customer Officer

 

brianraboinAs Chief Customer Officer, Brian oversees Product Development, Service Transition and Training for HOSTING. Brian is ultimately responsible for the overall customer experience.

Brian was the 5th employee at HostMySite.com and has performed in various roles including Tier 2 Support Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Trainer, Project Manager, Director of Support Operations and Vice President of Operations.  Before HOSTING, Brian worked for the McDonald's corporation with the Ronald McDonald program. 

Brian has a bachelor's degree in History and various other technical and business program certification from the University of Delaware.  Additionally, he is a certified Scrum Master, certified Net Promoter Associate and ITIL Foundation Certified.

 

 

Mike DonaldsonChief Marketing Officer

Mike is responsible for planning and executing HOSTING's marketing strategy and leading the marketing team. He brings over 20 years of experience creating and implementing successful marketing and branding strategies at technology companies ranging from small startups to large multinationals.

Prior to joining the company, Mike spent five years at Ping Identity Corporation as vice president of marketing. There, he implemented an agile marketing management model that helped the company grow its annual bookings run rate from under $1 million to over $50 million. Before Ping, Mike served as chief marketing officer at Clear Technology. Previously, he worked at New Era of Networks (NEON) as senior vice president of worldwide marketing. At NEON, Mike’s efforts to reposition the company as an e-business integration provider helped double annual revenues in two years.

Mike holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in engineering from Virginia Tech.

 

Rick Moore Vice President, Finance and Business Operations

 

Rick-MooreAs Vice President of Finance and Business Operations, Rick is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities of the firm, as well as systems and processes involved in revenue assurance. Prior to HOSTING, Rick was an associate at Meritage Private Equity Funds. Rick also served as Manager of Business Operations at Inflow, Inc. and was a consultant in Accenture’s Telecommunications Practice.

Rick has a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

 

 

Bill Santos Executive Vice President, Sales & Enterprise Solutions

 

Bill Santos

As Vice President of Sales & Enterprise Solutions, Bill is responsible for the direction and management of all sales operations and providing services that support and accelerate the delivery of cloud-based solutions, from early assessment and planning through migration and ongoing support.

With over 13 years of leadership experience in strategy at IBM and five years at SHI where he established a technology services practice, Bill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to HOSTING. Most recently, Bill led the development of a cloud services strategy for a management and technology services firm. In addition, Bill was founder and CEO of a technology services firm he successfully sold in 2001. 

Bill earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.

 

Steve Yoost Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

 

Steve Yoost

As General Counsel and Secretary, Steve oversees all aspects of HOSTING’s legal department functions, practices, and policies. He is responsible for managing and reducing the company's legal risk, delivering legal services, developing methods to increase operating efficiency, and expanding HOSTING through strategic acquisitions. Steve also serves as a corporate officer of the company and advises other members of senior management and the company’s board regarding legal issues.

Immediately prior to joining HOSTING, Steve was as an attorney in private practice with Alston & Bird LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and general corporate and contract matters of privately held and publicly traded companies. Steve has extensive experience representing private equity-backed companies.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University.

Don BarlowExecutive Vice President, Operations

Don Barlow

Don is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in senior leadership positions at telecommunications and hosting service providers. Prior to Hosting, Don served as Vice President of the Cloud Consulting Practice at ATG Consulting where he led a number of high-profile consulting engagements at well-known cloud service providers. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at OpSource -- one of the earliest cloud service providers.  

Don’s early career was spent in the telecommunications field with MCI and LCI which was acquired by Qwest (now Centurylink).  He held positions of increased responsibility in engineering, operations, business & technology development, product development and sales operations. Don graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He spent five years as an Infantry officer and is a highly decorated combat veteran from the First Gulf War. 

Don leads our operations team and is responsible for ensuring service availability and rapid response times to all customer requests. He oversees HOSTING Entourage and Concierge Customer Support teams, Technical Centers of Excellence and Data Center Operations teams.  

Darrell Hyde Vice President, Architecture

Darrell Hyde

Darrell Hyde began his career in the managed hosting industry in 1997, joining HOSTING's management team in 2003. During his tenure Darrell has led HOSTING'S Network Operations and Network Engineering teams and has played a lead role in the organization's technical direction. As Vice President of Architecture, Darrell is tasked with leading service design for HOSTING's product portfolio and overseeing the organization's technology strategy. In his spare time, Darrell lives in Philadelphia with his wife and 2 cats and really hopes Chip Kelly can restore the Eagles to glory.

Anne Bowman Chief Culture Officer

Anne Bowman

Anne joined Hosting.com as their Chief Culture Officer in May.  She’s responsible for leading the culture and strategic talent management for the company.  Most recently Anne served as Voxeo Corporation’s Chief Customer Officer.  She was responsible for leading the Company’s customer experience strategy. She grew revenue from $24 million to $48million in under 3 years.  Her areas of responsibility included Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Culture, Human Resources and Voxeo University. Core to the role was a focus on maintaining and strengthening Voxeo's customer-centric culture, built on the company's core values and fueled by a team of motivated and engaged Voxeons. 

Prior to Voxeo, Anne formed TeamSeam Consulting, LLC in 2006. TeamSeam specialized in providing guidance to venture backed startups in all areas of growth and expansion with a special focus on 
customer centric Sales and Operations.

Anne attended the University of Vermont and majored in Management Information Systems.

John Enright President, HostMySite

 

John EnrightJohn is a hosting pioneer and has accumulated over 18 years of leadership experience since co-founding one of the first national hosting companies in the US back in 1995.

Prior to joining HOSTING, John was the Chief Operating Officer of LimeLabs, an incubator of several early stage web services with offices in New York and Noida, India. Prior to LimeLabs, John was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Hostway, a global shared, dedicated, and colocation hosting provider. Previously, John served as the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Affinity Internet where he lead the creation of one of the most successful channel programs in the industry, securing exclusive partnerships with Network Solutions, Comcast, AOL, eBay, and Costco. Prior to Affinity, John was the Director of Internet Products and Services at ASCI, a publicly traded CLEC that specialized in metropolitan fiber networks.

John co-founded ValueWeb in 1995, which grew to become one of the largest hosting services in the US before being acquired by ACSI in 1998.
