A worldwide staffing firm representing over 500 C-Level executives.
The Problem:
With worldwide offices and hundreds of employees, this client needed a way everyone could get and stay connected - email accounts, calendars, address books, corporate tasks, and project documents - without having to duplicate materials and systems in many different locations.
The Solution:
Hosting.com implemented Front and Back-end Microsoft Exchange servers along with Dedicated and Non-Dedicated Domain controllers and a Microsoft Share Point Server.
The Result:
The deployment of the Microsoft Exchange solution synced all 500+ employee email accounts, including calendars, address books, and tasks, allowing for more efficient coordination of employee availability, meeting schedules, and contact information with a single click. The domain controllers further allowed each employee greater efficiencies by allowing them to access their email account over the Internet, from a secure location, or from a handheld device. In addition to this, with the launch of the Microsoft Share Point server, this client can now store all documents in a central location available to all employees.
