Hosting.com Ranked Top Web Host in Louisville Third Consecutive Year; Adds New Management Staff

January 21, 2005 - (Louisville, KY) Louisville-based Hosting.com, Inc. (www.hosting.com) announced today that for the third consecutive year it has been ranked the area's number one Web Hosting Company by Business First. The 2004 Top Web Hosting Companies list was published as a part of Business First's annual Book of Lists Publication, which was released to the public on December 24, 2004.

Hosting.com has taken the number one spot on this list since the inclusion of Web Hosting Companies into the Book of Lists in 2002. Hosting.com was ranked number one in 2002 and 2003 under its former brand name, Invotion. In 2004, Invotion acquired and legally changed their operating name to Hosting.com and was once again ranked as the number one hosting provider.

"As we previously announced, the successful acquisition of the Hosting.com business has had a tremendous positive impact on our Louisville based hiring, infrastructure, customer base, and industry recognition and I am very pleased to see us top this list here in Louisville," said Darren King, Hosting.com President and CEO.

To facilitate Hosting.com's growth, two technology veterans have recently joined the management team, bringing a plethora of industry knowledge and expertise to the company. Jim Ferrell, CPA, has joined Hosting.com as Chief Financial Officer, and Jonathan Erwin has joined Hosting.com as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

"For the past 20 years, my primary focus has been on technology-driven organizations, specifically targeting high growth, owner-operated companies," said Ferrell. "I saw a great opportunity at Hosting.com. It is an exciting company to be a part of, considering the growth and expansion that is occurring here. My past experiences will certainly be put to good use."

The newest addition to executive management, Jonathan Erwin, is a Louisville native. Erwin recently returned to Louisville after building a 15 year career in technology sales and marketing that began in Silicon Valley in 1990.

"I am thrilled to be joining the Hosting.com team and I look forward to contributing to the future success of the organization as we continue to aggressively grow the business with sound sales and marketing objectives and goals," said Erwin.

Additionally, Hosting.com has brought on over 20 new staff over the course of the last two quarters.

"We are growing at a phenomenal rate," said Ferrell. "It is imperative that we grow our internal resources at the same rate to keep our level of service and client satisfaction high."

King agreed. "We understand the importance of investing in human capital, and will continue to do so. We have seen competitors cut internal resources in an attempt to save money. We take an opposite approach. We are confident that the Louisville job market will supply us with the level of expertise that we are seeking."
