The Solution

Hosting.com recommended and implemented a fully redundant 13 server solution, with servers 1-8 configured with Windows 2003 and RAID 5 for website traffic, servers 10-12 configured with Microsoft SQL 2000 for their database needs, and a 13th server for statistical reporting purposes.
