Port Monitoring
Our goal is to ensure your server is running 24x7. The Port Monitoring service is designed for customers that require confirmation of the availability of a device.
Once a monitor is set up, it will be polled on a frequency ranging from ten seconds to five minutes to verify it is responding correctly. In the event the monitor stops responding, our trained staff of support technicians will be notified immediately, around the clock, and steps will be taken to identify and correct the issue.
