Our 5-stage process:

Data Collection: We collect data over a 30-day business cycle to gain a complete picture of the working environment.

Analysis: We interpret the data to identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and under/over-utilized assets.

Review: We thoroughly review and discuss our key findings with members of an organization's internal IT team to gain further understanding and consensus.

Business Goals: We align our findings and an organization's business goals to ensure that we recommend a solution that will advance business and support  future growth.

Roadmap to the Cloud: We deliver a customized plan that optimizes current infrastructure and recommends future architecture changes. The plan also includes steps to migrate to the cloud over time.
