How Our Solution Works
Our goal is to ensure your server is running 24x7x365. To help keep your server running at peak performance, our Advanced Port Monitoring solution can be setup on each of your servers. This monitoring solution watches various functions of your server, such as Ping (the ability to communicate with your server) and application responses, to gauge the responsiveness.
Once a monitor is set up, it will be polled on a regular basis ranging from ten seconds to five minutes to verify it is responding correctly. In the event the monitor stops responding, our highly trained staff of support technicians will be notified immediately, around the clock, and steps will be taken to correct the function.
