Change Patch Date/Time for a Cloud Enterprise Account

This article will go over adjusting the security patches date and time for Cloud Enterprise accounts. This is only available for Cloud Enterprise accounts that subscribe to managed security patches and not Cloud VPS or Cloud Express.

  1. Browse to the Customer Portal located at https://customer.hosting.com
  2. Login as the administrative user.
  3. If you have more than one account, select the appropriate account from the Current Account drop down in the top right corner.
  4. From the menu, click Cloud Manage.

  6. Click the ID number for the VM you wish to Manage. 
  7. Cloud
  8. You will see a section called Update Time. Click the Change link.
  9. In the next window, you can choose the recurring date and time to apply the next security patches. Click Submit and the patches have been scheduled.
