Upgrade Resources for a Cloud Enterprise Account
This article will go over adjusting and increasing resources for Cloud Enterprise accounts. This is only available for Cloud Enterprise accounts and not Cloud VPS or Cloud Express.
- Browse to the Customer Portal located at https://customer.hosting.com
- Login as the administrative user.
- If you have more than one account, select the appropriate account from the Current Account drop down in the top right corner.
- From the menu, click Cloud > Manage.
- Click the ID number for the VM you wish to Manage.
- Next, shut down the Cloud Enterprise Virtual Machine by clicking Stop VM. This will take the Virtual Machine offline.
- Click Reconfigure next to the option for which you wish to change resources.
- Confirm the action and billing and the VM will be reconfigured accordingly in time.
*Note: If you are ordering additional IP addresses, the IP's are not automatically routed. Hosting.com will receive a ticket for your request, assign and route a subnet, and then inform the account administrator via email. All other resources should be added after you added the service and started the server.
