How do I manage my SmarterStats through HostMySite.com's Control Panel?

The following article explains the necessary steps to manage SmarterStats for a website through HostMySite.com's Control Panel. Through the Control Panel, an Account Administrator can view current users, create new users, delete existing users, and resend the SmarterStats setup email.

To manage SmarterStats for your website, please follow these steps:

1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com.
2. Click on Control Panel Login.
3. Log into the Control Panel as one of the following:
   • Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain
   • Technical Contact for the domain
4. Click on Website Administration and select Add Web Statistics.
   Note: Once stats have been added to your account, the menu option will be 'Stats Manager'.
   
5. Click on Stats Manager.

To add a new user, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the new user information:
   • First Name - enter the user's first name
   • Last Name - enter the user's last name
   • Username - enter a name for this user
   • Password - enter a password for this username
   • Is Admin User - choose whether the new user will have administrator access to SmarterStats
   
2. Click Click to Add User.

To delete a user, please follow these steps:

1. Select the username from the list of users.
2. Click Delete User.

To resend the SmarterStats setup email:

1. Click Send Setup Email.
2. Note: This option is only available to the Account Administrator.
