Reset or modify cPanel account password in WHM

This article will show you how to modify passwords for cPanel sites.

1. Login to your cPanel Web Host manager at http://ipaddress:2086 as root.



2. Go to your Password Modification, in the Find option, type password and select Password Modification



3. Select the account from Account Selection pane by clicking on it



4. In the Password Entry pane, type in a password or use the Password Generator



5. Click the Change Password button located at the bottom
