Suspend Accounts within WHM

This article will go over suspending an account within WHM.  This is used if the account is causing too much bandwidth usage, the customer wants a temporary shut down of the site, or the reseller has not paid.

To suspend a site in WHM, please follow the steps below.

1. Login to WHM at https://<server_ip_address>:2087



2. Navigate to Account Functions on the left sidebar and click Suspend/Unsuspend an Account.



3. Select the account or user and click Suspend or UnSuspend.  Click Suspend and the account or user will be suspended. .
