"My Files" is an account management feature that allows secure files exchange/transfer through the Hosting.com Customer Portal.

1.  Navigate to https://customer.hosting.com and login with the username and password.  If you have not activated your accoutn check your email for the Hosting.com Customer Portal activation email.  If you do not have the email, contact your account representative and they will send it to you.

2. Once you are logged in, under “Account Management” select “My Files”.

3. From here you can download any files that your Sales Representative has available for you, make changes to the document(s), and then upload the revised document(s) all through the Customer Portal.
