Add Alternate Contact Information under My Contacts in Customer Portal

This article will walk you through adding Alternate Contact Information in the Customer Portal.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com
  2. portal_logon

  3. From the top navigation hover over Account Management and select My Contacts
  4. accountmanagementmycontacts

  5. Select the drop-down arrow next to your name to expand your contact information

  7. Click New Contact Method
  8. newcontactmethod

  9. Select Phone or Email from the Type select box
  10. Enter a Value and Description then Click Submit
