Change Permissions via the Customer Portal

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.  You must be logged in as the Account Administrator to perform this task.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Account Management > User Accounts.
  3. Click the email address/account in question.
  4. Click Edit next to Module Permissions and select the permissions for which the user is allowed to access.
  5. 5. Click Save.
