Check Device Build Progress in the Customer Portal

This article will walk you through checking the build status of your devices in the Customer Portal.

1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com



2. From the top navigation hover over Account Management and select Device Build Progress



3. All devices that are currently being built are listed. The top level shows the completion percentage of each solution.



4. Select the drop-down array next to your solution name to expand the individual devices under that solution





5. Click View Build Tasks to list all tasks for that item
