Cloning a Virtual Machine via the Customer Portal
1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
2. In the top navigation menu, select Cloud > Manage. If you do not see this option, you are not authorized to view this portion of the customer portal. Please contact your account administrative user for assistance and permissions.

3. Select the specific Cloud Enterprise VM in the list. This will bring you to the Virtual Machine Details screen.
4. On the right hand side of the page you will see a Clone VM button. Click Clone VM to clone the Virtual Machine.

5. The next screen will show you the Deployment Location, the account you are cloning, and how many clones you are ordering as well as pricing information and the details of the specific Cloud VM. Once everything is to your liking, click Clone VM.

6. Once Clone VM is clicked, you will be redirected back to the Manage Cloud screen of the portal. You will see a notification that states you will be notified once the setup process is completed.

7. When you Clone a VM, this will duplicate all billing items for the specific VM. For example, if you have a piece of software purchased from us that is on the VM being cloned, it will also be on the cloned VM. The new cloned VM will be named the next number in the list. For example, if you are cloning the -1 server, you will have a -1 and -2 with the -2 being the cloned VM.
