Complete the Customer Satisfation Survey

This article walks you through the process of completing the customer satisfaction survey in the customer portal.  You can use this survey to provide us with feedback on any of our products, plans, or packages.

1. Login to the customer portal by browsing to http://customer.hosting.com.
2. Click the Feedback button.
3. Select Satisfaction Survey.
   
4. Use the scale on the left side to indicate your level of satisfaction with Hosting.com.
   
5. If you have chosen a number other than 10, use the text box to provide feedback on what we can do to earn a 10 in the future.
6. Click the Submit button.
