Create Support Tickets via the Customer Portal

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Support > Create New Ticket.  If you do not see this option, you are not authorized to view this portion of the customer portal.  Please contact your account administrative user for assistance and permissions.
  3. A form field will be displayed. Enter in a relevant title as well as any email addresses you wish to CC on the ticket and any details that describe the problem and click Submit.
