Create/Change Security Passphrase via the Customer Portal

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.  You must be logged in as the Account Administrator to perform this task.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Account Management > Security Passphrase.
  3. Click Create Passphrase next to the account for which a passphrase is to be created.  If the passphrase is being changed, the link will change to Change Passphrase.
  4. Enter in the new passphrase in the New Passphrase text field.  If the passphrase is being changed, enter in the previous passphrase in the Current Passphrase field and then the new passphrase in the New Passphrase field.
  5. Click Submit and the passphrase is created or changed.
