Customize the Customer Portal

Add a new page

1. Log into the customer portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
2. When viewing the Home tab, click the ADD PAGE link located on the right side of the page.



3. You will be taken to the new page setup screen where you can name and choose the style of page you would like to create. Enter a page name, select a style, and click Save.



4. You will then see the new page next to the Default page in the customer portal.

Add widgets to my page

1. Log into the customer portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
2. To add widgets to your pages, select the page on which you wish to add a widget.
3. When viewing the page, click the WIDGETS link located on the right side of the page.



4. The widget toolbar will appear.



5. Click and drag the item you wish to add to your page and release the mouse and the new widget has been added to the page.

Delete a widget from my page

1. Log into the customer portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
2. To delete a widget go to the page where the widget resides.
3. There will be a title bar above the widget and to the right there will be an "Edit" button and an "X" icon.



4. Click on the red "X" to delete the widget.

Delete a page

1. Log into the customer portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
2. Select the page you are deleting.



3. Select the icon labeled SETTINGS and the page options will display with "Save", "Cancel" and "Delete Page"



4. Click Delete Page and the page will be deleted.
