Device Listing in the Customer Portal

This articles goes over how to view devices in the Customer Portal as well as check the status of a new build.  This applies only to Cloud and Dedicated Server solutions at this time.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
  2. Under Account Management, select My Devices.  This will list the servers under the account and whether Advanced Monitoring is enabled.

  4. Clicking My Device Setup Info will display the setup email information Hosting.com has on file for the server.  If is is outdated, please send us an email with the correct information and we'll update our internal systems.
  5. Selecting Device Build Status will show the current status of any builds in progress.  This is only for new solutions.  Once the new solution is configured and deployed, the setup email will be sent to the account administrative email address on file.
