Enable or Disable Support Ticket Surveys in Customer Portal

This article will walk you through enabling or disabling receipt of Support Ticket Surveys through the Customer Portal.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com
  2. portal_logon

  3. From the top navigation hover over Account Management and select Account Settings
  4. accountmanagementaccountsettings

  5. Select the Hosting Account you wish to modify from the Hosting Account Select Box
  6. Check or Remove the Check from the "Receive Support Ticket Surveys" Check-box
  7. Click Save Changes
