Hosting.com provides customers the ability to add and remove contacts in the customer portal.  These contacts can be used for email, or phone notifications.  The contacts can also be tied to build events.

1.  To access your contacts in the hosting.com customer portal simply go to customer.hosting.com, select "Account Managment" and then "My Contacts".

2.  You will then see a list of all your current contacts.  You will have the ability to add a new contact method, delete the contact, and save new information (as shown below).

3.  You will also be able to add a "New Conact"  this buttion "New Contact" is at the bottom of the page.  After selecting "New Contact" you will be shown the below screen.
