Order a Dedicated Solution through Customer Portal

This article will walk you through creating a new Dedicated Solution in the Customer Portal.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com
  2. portal_logon

  3. From the top navigation hover over Configurator and select Shop Selections

  5. Expand the Build Information e.g. Windows Web Server under the Solution type e.g. Web Hosting
  6. startnewsolution

  7. Click Customize

  9. To accept the default configuration Click Buy Now otherwise Click Edit

  1. You will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to the Online Service Agreement

  3. Click I Accept

Edit Build

  1. Make configuration adjustments and Click Keep Changes

  5. You will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to the Online Service Agreement
