Submit a ticket to support via the Customer Portal for Avamar
This article will go over submitting a ticket to Avamar support for changing the backup schedule or performing an on-demand backup via the Customer Portal. This applies only to Cloud and Dedicated accounts using Avamar. This does not apply to those servers running Righteous.
- Log into the customer portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.

Once logged in, navigate to the Backups tab.

- From the drop down, select Schedules (or any of the drop down options).

If you wish to change the schedule or create an on-demand backup, you will need to click the Email Support button on the left side of the page. Note: This does not go to Hosting.com Support and we cannot check the status of a ticket for you. Instead, this goes directly to Avamar Support and includes your contact information.
