Update Payment Method in the Customer Portal

This article will walk you through updating your Payment Method through the Customer Portal. Note that this will replace the existing payment method.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com
  2. portal_logon

  3. From the top navigation hover over Billing and select Payment Methods
  4. billingpaymentmethods

  5. Click Click here to add a new default payment method
  6. addnewdefaultlink

  7. Select Payment Method from the Card Type select box
  8. cardtype

  9. Enter Card Number and Expiration Date e.g. 06/2012 and Click Add
  10. addpaymentmethod
