View Support Tickets via the Customer Portal

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.hosting.com with your email address and password.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Support > My Tickets.  If you do not see this option, you are not authorized to view this portion of the customer portal.  Please contact your account administrative user for assistance and permissions.
  3. A listing of tickets will be shown. Click the ticket number or title of the ticket to view the ticket details and responses.
