Order Managed Hosting via the Hosting.com Configurator (Existing Customer)

Managed Hosting (Dedicated and Cloud) is available for online configuration and purchase via the Hosting.com Configurator.  The following instructions are for existing Hosting.com customers.  New customers, please visit the Hosting.com Configurator webpage to place an online order or reference the New Customer Configurator support article.

  1. Login to the Hosting.com Customer Portal.  Existing customers should add services via the Customer Portal to ensure your new solution is properly linked to your current Hosting.com account and solution.
  2. Navigate to the Configurator menu, select Shop Solutions.
  3. Select a solution from the Start a new solution list.  Click Customize.

  4. If you wish to customer your solution, click Edit.

  5. Once you are done customizing your solution, click Keep Changes.
  6. Click Buy Now to purchase your solution.
  7. You will be directed to the Online Master Service Agreement.  If the re-direction fails, you will receive an email that contains a URL for the Online Master Service Agreement.
  8. Review the Online Master Service Agreement and click I Accept.

Once your solution is configured, you will receive a welcome email that will contain your login information for your solution.
