Create an Email Signature in Outlook

This article will help you add an email signature in your Outlook email client.

    1.  Once you have your Outlook client opened, click Tools and select Options.

    2.  Click the Mail Format tab and then click the Signatures button

    3.  Click New.  This will display a prompt to assign a name to your new signature.

    4.  After clicking OK, you can enter your signature information in the dialogue box that follows.

    5.  After entering the information, click save and then OK to exit.
