Leave a copy of email on my mail server with Entourage

This guide discusses how to set Entourage to leave your email on the mail server. By default, Entourage will delete the messages from the server after they are downloaded.

1. Click the Entourage menu, then Account Settings.



2. Double-Click on your account to select it.



3. Click on the Options tab



4. Check Leave a copy of each message on the server
5. You can also set it to remove the messages after a set number of days, or when you delete it from Entourage.
6. Click OK.
