Synchronize sent items in Microsoft Outlook using IMAP

This guide discusses how to set up Microsoft Outlook to synchronize your sent items or other folders with the server.

1. Right - click your IMAP folder in the folder list.




2. Select IMAP Folders



3. Click Query to show a list of folders.
4. Select the desired folder, in this case Sent Items.
5. Click Subscribe.
6. Click OK.
