FTP with Fetch for Mac OS X
1. Download and install Fetch from this link.
2. Open Fetch by double-clicking the icon. The initial screen will look as shown below:
3. Go to File > New Connection if the above does not show up upon initial start. Enter in the FTP credentials:

Hostname: <ip address or domain of your account>
-
Username: <your username>
-
Connect using: FTP
-
Password: <your password>
4. Once connected, the FTP files for your domain will be shown.
5. To transfer files, drag the files from your Mac over to the Fetch window and the files will then queue to transfer to your hosting account with Hosting.com.
