How do I add BlackBerry service to an Exchange Mailbox?

The following article explains how to activate your Blackberry device. This must be done within 48 hours of adding the BlackBerry service to your Exchange mailbox.

To activate your Blackberry device, please follow these steps:

1. From the Options menu on your BlackBerry device, select Advanced Options.
2. Select Enterprise Activation.
3. Enter your email address and the password provided when the service was added to your mailbox. If it has been more than 48 hours since the service was added, you will need to contact support to have the password reset.
4. Click Menu and select Activate.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for the activation to complete.
