How do I add GoodLink service to an Exchange Mailbox?

The following article explains how to add GoodLink service to an Exchange mailbox. Once enabled, the user can access their Exchange account through their GoodLink mobile device. GoodLink services must be configured for each user that wishes to use their GoodLink mobile device to access their Exchange mailbox.

To add GoodLink service, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Click Hosted Exchange & SharePoint.
  5. Find the domain name and click Manage.
  6. From the Main Menu, click GoodLink.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Select the exchange User.
  9. Click Add.

Please allow a few minutes for the GoodLink user to be configured on the Hosted Exchange platform. The user will then need to configure their GoodLink device to connect to the Exchange server.
