Check disk use on Hosted Exchange through Entourage

The following article explains how to check your mailbox size for your exchange mailbox via Entourage. When using exchange every email stored on the server including Sent Items, Deleted Items, and Junk E-Mail as well as Contacts and Calendar items count against your disk usage.

1. Highlight your mailbox folder in Entourage

   

2. Go to the Edit menu and choose Folder Properties

   

3. Click on Storage
4. The Total Size (with subfolders) shows you your total usage while the list below breaks it down by folder
