Edit a Distribution List with Hosted Messaging and Collaboration

The following article explains how to edit a distribution list. When editing the distribution list, you have the ability to change the list admin to a different user. Editing the distribution list should only be done based on customer request.

To edit a distribution list, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the HMC administration interface by logging into the control panel and clicking Hosted Exchange & SharePoint.
  2. From the Main Menu, click Domain List.

  3. Find the domain name and click Manage.

  4. From the Main Menu, click Distribution Lists.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Select a new List Admin.

  7. Click Edit.
  8. Please allow a few minutes for the update to complete
