Edit Exchange Options with Hosted Messaging and Collaboration

The following article explains how to edit the exchange options for a user. The exchange options include the size of the mailbox, the protocols allowed and OWA access. These options should only be changed based on customer request.

To edit the exchange options for a user, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the HMC administration interface by logging into the control panel and clicking Hosted Exchange & SharePoint.
  2. From the Main Menu, click Domain List.

  3. Find the domain name and click Manage.

  4. Find the user and click Edit.

  5. Change the Mailbox Plan, if necessary.

  6. Check or uncheck the requested options, if necessary.
  7. Click Apply.
