Open a shared folder in Outlook

This guide discusses how to open shared folders in Microsoft Outlook. The screen shots are from Outlook 2007 but will work in 2003 as well. It can be used to share mail folders, contacts, and calendars.

  1. Click File, then Open, then Other Users Folder…

  2. Enter the name of the person sharing the folder to you, and the type of folder

  3. You can click on the Name… field to choose a name from the Global Address list. Then click OK.
