Password requirements for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration

For security we require strong passwords for HMC accounts. This article will go over the minimum requirements for an HMC password.

• Contain at least 1 lower case character
• Contain at least 1 upper case character
• Contain at least 1 number
• Between 8 and 16 characters
• May contain special characters but not required

Attempting to assign a password that does not meet the above requirements will result in an error message in the HMC screen.
