How do I view a different profile in Outlook?
The following article explains how to view a different profile in Outlook. When the Outlook Profiler is used to configure your Exchange mailbox in Outlook, a new profile is created and set as the default. To access email from a different profile, you will need to either set the different profile as the default or set Outlook to prompt you for a profile.
To view a different profile, please follow these steps:
- Close Outlook if it is open.
- From the Start menu, expand
Settings and click Control Panel.

- Double-click Mail.

- Click Show Profiles.

- Select either Prompt for a profile to be used
or Always use this profile. This will determine if
you wish to be prompted for a profile each time you open Outlook or
if you wish to change the default profile to the alternate profile.

- Click OK.
