Share your calendar in Microsoft Outlook using Hosted Messaging and Collaboration

This article will go over sharing your calendar using Microsoft Outlook using Hosting.com Hosted Messaging and Collaboration services.

Sharing your Calendar

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to your account
  2. Click on the Calendar button at the bottom left of Outlook

  3. Click the Share My Calendar link under My Calendars

  4. This will open a window where you can invite others to view your calendar. You can also check the box to request to view the recipient's calendar as well

Opening a Shared Calendar

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to your account
  2. Click on the Calendar button at the bottom left of Outlook

  3. Click the Open a Shared Calendar link under My Calendars

  4. Click the Name button to find a calendar.
  5. Once you have found the calendar you wish to view, select it and click OK.
    • If you have permission to view the calendar, it will open. Otherwise, an invite will be sent to the calendar owner for the access request.
