What is my Hosting Account Number?

Each hosting account you have with Hosting.com is given a hosting account number, formerly referred to as the Domain ID. This is a unique identifier used by our internal systems to identify your hosting account. The format of the hosting account number is the letter H followed by a series of numbers, H######. This applies to all types of hosting accounts, shared websites, VPS accounts, dedicated server, and colocated servers. When contacting HostMySite, please have your hosting account number ready. This will allow our technicians to find your account(s) and assist you even faster.

The hosting account number is included in the setup email you receive when the account is first created.

ready, so we can assist you quickly.

The hosting account number can also be retrieved from the Control Panel:

1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
2. Click on Control Panel Login.
3. Log into the Control Panel as one of the following:
   • Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain
   • Technical Contact for the domain
