What is LinkTiger?

LinkTiger is a value-added service that regularly scans your website(s) and sends a report with all broken links that are found.  LinkTiger is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application which means you do not need to install anything on your server.  The scan is performed by LinkTiger, freeing up any resources on your solution that would be required by a standard link checking application.

Why should I sign up for this service?

Broken links on your website can lead to lost traffic, customer dissatisfaction and lost sales/revenue.  The LinkTiger service helps you to identify and remove broken links, ensuring visitors to your website have the best experience possible. 

How do I sign up for the LinkTiger service?

Within the Hosting.com Customer Portal, add the LinkTiger widget to your dashboard.  Through the widget, you can initiate a free scan of your website.  Once the scan is complete, you are directed to the LinkTiger website to complete the sign up.  Access the LinkTiger Sign up Instructions.

Which plan should I sign up for?

Once the initial scan of your website is complete, the widget will recommend a plan based on the number of links found on your site.  After you have completed the sign up process, you can adjust your plan levels as your website grows.
