Add a list of email addresses to my list server mailing list

The following article explains how to add email addresses to your mailing lists. You can add names by copying them from a list, or importing from a text file.

  1. Open a browser window go to one of the following URLs:
    • http://list.yourdomainname.com
    • http://server.safesecureweb.com - server name provided when list was created
  2. Login as root@list.yourdomainname.com with your primary FTP password.
  3. From the Domain Settings menu select Mailing Lists.
  4. Select the List you want to set add addresses for, and choose Edit.
  5. Choose Subscribers from the Subscribers menu.

  6. Click Add Emails to enter addresses, or copy and paste.

  7. Enter your addresses and click Save.

  8. You can also import or export a text file containing a list of names.

  9. The file should be in TXT or CSV format, and contain one email address per line.

If you have a list of addresses in an Excel spreadsheet, copy the column containing the names into note pad, or into a new sheet saved as CSV (comma separated values).
