Remove a list of email addresses from my list server mailing list
The following article explains how to add remove addresses to your mailing lists. When administering a mailing list it is essential that you keep your list up to date with removal requests and bounces. It is not unusual for up to 20% of list messages to bounce or generate unsubscribe requests.
-
Open a browser window go to one of the following URLs:
- http://server.safesecureweb.com - server name provided when list was created
- Login as root@list.yourdomainname.com with your primary FTP password.
- From the Domain Settings menu select Mailing Lists.
- Select the List you want to remove addresses from, and choose Edit.
-
Choose Subscribers from the Subscribers menu.

-
To remove specific addresses, you can add a check mark next to the names, and click Delete.

-
As your list gets longer, it can help to use the search feature to find the addresses to remove.

- Deletions are immediate, so be careful when clicking delete.
- Prior to deleting, you can back up your list with the download button.
