Replace Navigation Buttons
You can change the buttons used for the Navigation Bar (the row of buttons at the top of each page of the store) with your own graphics.
- In the Admin Menu, click on your store name's link
- Click on the Navigation Bar link
- Next to the location of each button you would like to change, click the button
- Click the Browse button
- Navigate to the directory on your computer that contains the new button
- Click on the new button's file then click Open
- Click the Upload button
Replace Shopping Buttons
Throughout the store shoppers are faced with buttons (gray box with standard text) on which to click. The buttons are standard form buttons and perform the following functions:
♦ Add To Basket
♦ Next
♦ Remove
♦ Buy One Now
♦ Previous
♦ Update
♦ Continue
♦ Back
♦ Search
♦ Login
♦ Save
MIVA Merchant allows you to choose how each button or action link is displayed. You can choose to display each as a standard form button (the gray box with text), an image that you have created, or to replace the text that is displayed on the form button. If you want a truly custom look and feel for your online store, you probably want to create individual graphics for each of these buttons. When creating the graphics try to keep them uniform in design.
- In the Admin Menu, click your store's link
- Click the Buttons link
- Make your selections for each button or link. If you want to use an image, you will need to click the button and browse for the file and upload it to the store
- Click the Update button
