Void Specific Affiliate Earnings

You can avoid earnings on any order placed via an affiliate. This feature is designed to be used when a customer cancels an order, or if you find there was an error or a terms violation.

1. In the Affiliate Configuration screen, click the Affiliates link
2. Find the affiliate and open the record for editing, then click the Earnings link
3. Next to the order to void the earnings for, click the Edit button
4. Check the Void box
5. Enter the Void Reason so you have a record
6. Click the Add button

Adding & Adjusting Affiliate Earnings

You can give affiliates credit for sales that did not go through their defined affiliate link. For example, if a customer orders, then tells you they were referred by one of your affiliates, you may want to give that affiliate credit for the sale anyway. You can also void using the following method. We suggest you void earnings using the previous method as you will be less prone to making mistakes.

1. In the Affiliate Configuration screen, click the Affiliates link
2. Find the affiliate and open the record for editing, then click the Earnings link
3. In the very top right corner, click the button
4. Enter the Order Number, Order Amount and the amount Earned by the affiliate
5. Enter an Adjustment Reason, so you will have a record
6. Click the Add button
